Fishermen and Friends of the Sea (FFOS) once again continues its pilgrimage for social justice. Earlier this year FFOS filed for judicial review against the EMA to challenge to withhold full copies of EIA reports from members of the public. If we are successful in this matter, any member of the public could access and acquire full copies of any EIA report at the EMA.

The first appearance for this matter will be Tomorrow, October 10th at
10:30am at the Port of Spain High Court, Courtroom POS 20. Esteemed members of the media are encouraged to cover this story which is of public
interest to our democracy and comes in the wake of international pressure for our Government to sign the Escazu Agreement.
